Forward mails: MY TURN.
Saturday, September 16th, 2006People blabber on about forward and chain mails everyday. They blog about it, they complain about it, they whine and grumble about it…yet nobody does anything about it. So whats different about this post of mine? nothing. You’ve seen one you’ve seen ‘em all…only I don’t really mind forward mails, it’s just those fake ones that I hate…especially those "we’re closing-down" ones…
Example 1:
MSN is closing down
hey everyone, i had a look on the internet and its actually true . On
the
1st of november , we will have to pay for the use of our MSN and email
accounts unless we send this message to at least 18 contacts on your
contact list. It’s no joke if you don’t believe me then go to the site

) and see for
yourself. Anyways once you’ve sent this message to at
least 18 contacts, your msn

Use ur brain lar!!! read properly lar! sheesh…and by the way, the directors of MSN are NOT Andy and John!!! If Hotmail
(or any other service) wanted to know whether subscribers were using
their accounts, why would it gather that information by having those
folks forward a message to other users of the same service? Wouldn’t it make more sense to simply instruct them to reply to the message?

Friendster is closing down:

Friendster system is getting too crowded!! We need you to forward this to at least 20 people.
I know this seems like a large number, but we need to find out who is
really using their account. If you do not send this to at least 10 Friendster
